I have an RV in my backyard,its on a quit street in west Bradenton, it’s 32feet long with one bedroom…Its nice,its clean.I have to mention the closet space is very limited but it does have alot of cabinet space thru the RV,, it also has a privite entrance with front driway parking,,Im sorry no couples or children its made for one person .Deposit $200 none refundable and $1,200 per month includes electric,water n sewage,and cable..Im looking for someone clean and responsible pays rent on time where i dont have to ask..Im sorry no pets only bcuz i have a dog and she not pet friendly,i wound’nt want anything to happen laudry facilty is in my garage that u have a key to…Im looking for someone that is familiar with RV living.Also theres a small pool to cool off in with a large deck to grill if u like.
I live on the property,im pretty cool i respect ur privacy, i have a friendly dog,, i work day shift home at night.
