Hey everybody Im a 36 year old guy looking for a new roomate. I live alone with my two dogs and bearded dragon in a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse in evans.
My recent roomate moved for a new job so im back to the hunt now.
About the rent 1000 a month is your half of bills includes all utilities
Room is semi furnished ( queen bed, tv, nightstand) and has an en suite private bathroom with walk through to a humongous walk in closet.
No drugs No felons Smoking only outside

About the roomies
Just me and my dogs .
I work at srs. No drugs or smoking allowed in the house per the landlords. If you smoke take it outside please.
Must be able to afford monthly bills comfortably and be on time. Rent is due by the 5th although I typically try to pay it earlier .
