I’m a cat lady looking for a roommate! I’ve got an extra room available, and Id be the one getting the groceries and supplies, I also cook as well. Utilities aren’t included in the base rent because it’s month to month, but of course I’d keep you updated. It should never be more than 50$ I’ve got 3 cats, all of which are sweethearts who just want cuddles. I have an automatic litterbox that cleans multiple times daily, I am a pretty clean person. The apartment Is currently decorated for Easter! Your room has a double closet, and it’s pretty decent in size. I’d prefer to meet in person first to get to know each other and see if we’d be a good fit, then you’d be welcome to come check out the apartment and the room you’d be renting!

I’m an outgoing and upbeat person, but if you’d prefer to stick to just roomies and not friends that’s fine too! It’ll be your home as well, so whatever you’d prefer. All i ask of you Is to clean up after yourself. There’s another roomie in the house, he’s a nurse and works full time
