It is 2500 square foot house and it has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are available. The Primary Suite with full bath and shower and 2 walk-in closets will be rented to you. I am only looking for one roommate. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. It has 2 nice big window that looks out to the backyard. house includes an upstairs landing. Which can be a workspace if needed. There is desk with Apple monitor and docking station. We have access to nice hike and bike trail with a heated outdoor pool all year long with pickleball and tennis courts. It is 5 min from HEB and 25-30 min from downtown. Brushy creek park is 10 min away that has all kinds of hiking, trails, and kayaking available. It is 1200 a month all bills paid.

There is only one roomie, me. I have a 25 lb terrier dog Benji who is well trained and 12 years old. I am someone that is respectful and wants to share it with another who is also respectful and wants a peaceful and serene home. I work hard to make sure the home feels good. My job is training and development and exec coaching working all over TEXAS and nationwide/IntL. I am a spiritual person. I like calm and peace. I love to relaxing environments I have a yoga room. I am working on meditating and we have a beautiful backyard too. I also love feng shui and I work towards that in my house.
I also have a non profit working with families who have loved ones on autism spectrum. BTW- I see that I have alot of views- - would love if someone gives me feedback about my listing - it would really help. THKS
