Two story town house inside a gated community, with your own bedroom and bathroom upstairs. In unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, monthly pest control, and AC are included. The house is already furnished, excluding the bedroom and bathroom for rent. There is also a community pool and jacuzzi that you will have access to. There is free parking within the gates and utilities are included in rent costs.

I’m a 26 year old accountant. I work from home two days of the week and the other days I am at the office. I do work a lot but in my free time I typically like to just relax and read books. I do not drink or smoke but am fine with other people drinking around me. I am in a long term relationship and my fiancé does come over every once in a while with his dog. I like to keep my house very clean and have cleaners come every two weeks, which is also included in rent costs. Overall, would like a roommate who has similarities :)!
