Hey there! I’m renting out the master bedroom in my house at Heather Hill Ln, Plano, TX, and it’s a fantastic spot if you’re looking for something spacious and private. It’s available for a 7-month lease from July 2025 to the end of January 2026, perfect for a short-term stay in a great neighborhood.

The master bedroom is nice and roomy—223sq.ft., so you’ve got plenty of space to make it your own. It could easily fit a sizable bed and a desk for a private work from home suite. It comes unfurnished, giving you the freedom to bring your own bed, desk, or whatever you like. It has its own private bathroom with a shower, separate tub, and a two-sink vanity. Plus, there’s a big closet (5.5 ft by 9.5 ft) with tons of hanging space for all your clothes and gear.

The house itself is a big 2,600 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so there’s lots of room to relax. We’ve got a massive yard that’s great for hanging out or just enjoying some fresh air. The neighborhood is super chill and within walking distance of stores, and restaurants. It’s awesome to grab some groceries without hopping in the car. We’re also close to highways like the Dallas North Tollway, so getting to places like Legacy West or Dallas is a breeze.

Rent is $1,300 a month ($1150 base and $150 month utilities), that includes —internet (high speed fiber), electricity, water, the works. You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and there’s plenty of parking space between the street front, a garage, and driveway parking. I’m looking for someone who’s easy to get along with and respectful to share the house with. It’s a 7-month lease, and I’ll need a background check and a security deposit.
