1600sq ft, open floor kitchen living dining room. 1 room to rent with a shared bathroom with 1 other roomie. Big fridge. Lil porch out front. Off street parking. Room includes FULL sized memory foam bed, closet… can add dresser if needed.

RULES are simple… Don’t hurt my pets, don’t steal my sh*t, chip in when you can for household things (laundry detergent, communal foods, TP, etc…or just buy your own), no coffee brewing (allergic, even the smell), and no candles/incense in shared areas (cat has asthma).

I am just outside city limits, no BUS, but you can easily ebike into town. There is a parking pad for a vehicle and/or a locked storage area to keep a bike.

Looking more for room-mates vs room for rent. Like, if you txt me to put your clothes in wash cause you working a double shift…or maybe once a month split a pizza and watch a movie. I’ve always lived with old friends, so it’s a dynamic i’m use to.

I’m 44, male, have a very shy cat and some turtles, retired. Mostly just game, 3D print, watch TV. Old school computer / comic nerd. I’m a very sociable introvert.

Other roomie is early 20s, gamer, baker, only see him when he appears to make himself a frozen pizza.
