Hey there! I’ve got a cozy room for rent in my house at Heather Hill Ln, Plano, TX, and I think you’ll really like it.

The room’s a nice size—11.5 ft by 11 ft with a good closet (8 ft x 2.25 ft) for your stuff. It comes with a twin bed, a desk, and a dresser, but if you’d rather bring your own furniture, I can clear those out, no problem. The house itself is big—2,600 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms—so there’s plenty of space to spread out. We’ve got a huge yard too, which is awesome for chilling outside or just enjoying some greenery.

I love this neighborhood because you can walk to stores and restaurants in just a few minutes. It’s so convenient to grab groceries or a coffee without needing to drive. Plus, we’re close to highways like the Dallas North Tollway, so getting to places like Legacy West or Dallas is easy.

The rent’s $800 a month ($650 base + $150 mo. flat rate utilities), and that covers everything—internet, electricity, water, you name it. You’ll also have access to the kitchen, living room, and in house laundry, and there’s tons of parking space between street side out front, driveway, and garage. I’m looking for someone who’s respectful and easygoing to share the house with. Application requires a a background check, and a security deposit of $650.

The current occupants are two adult males. Working professionals. Both are mature and easy going, clean, and sociable people. They are both fun to hang out with, but also provide plenty of privacy. Both are extremely considerate as roommates.
