The home is located about 10 minutes from downtown Christiansburg and Virginia Tech’s campus – offering the perfect blend of convenience and privacy. About the Rooms: Room 1: 120 sqft — $700/month Room 2: 160 sqft — $800/month (includes direct access to the large back deck! Interested in both rooms? We’re happy to rent them together for $1450/month. The back deck is spacious and accessible from both the kitchen and living room, providing a great space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Additional Info: Utilities are not included in the rent. We have an extra queen-sized Zinus mattress (used but in good condition) that we would be willing to sell if needed.
