The condo is located in the Crystal Cay Laguna Heights in Laguna Niguel. It’s quiet, safe and clean. Has two pools, two spas and hiking paths. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that would be shared with another female. The room for rent is approx 10x10 and has a nice size closet, ceiling fan and window view out to the hiking trails. You would also have your own private bathroom. The kitchen is fairly large and is fully equipped with a brand new fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a gas fireplace, high ceilings and central air. It does come with a parking pass. The common areas will be furnished. The bedroom is unfurnished. Easy access to the 5 freeway, 5 miles from the beach and the grocery store, pharmacy, bank, restaurants etc are a block away. Utilities and cable aren’t included in rent. No smoking, drugs, couples, vaping, drama or pets. Social hour is to be done elsewhere 😊

The other room and bathroom are occupied by an easy going, quiet, clean and low drama female in her 40’s. She owns her own business and is gone during the day. She loves to cook, workout, do yoga, pilates and travel.
