Hi everyone! I have two bedrooms available in my apartment in Westbrook. This apartment is on the first floor of a large house that was converted into three apartments. We have a private entrance with a small attached deck. The apartment is 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. It’s a 5 minute walk to downtown Westbrook and 15 minute drive to downtown Portland. The room comes with a parking space and ample street parking. The base rent for each room is $840, included in this is hot water and lawn maintenance. We as tenants are responsible for paying WiFi ($61.99) each month, as well as heat and electric. The cost of these can range each month but can range anywhere from $200-$400 in the colder months. All of the utilities will be split evenly between the three of us. The lease is a 12 month lease (starting July 1st 2025) , so looking for someone who is able to commit to a year.
