One private bedroom available for rent and another one will be available in the next month. Fully furnished (or if you prefer, you’re welcome to bring your own) and mostly private bathroom. Located in a quiet, walkable community with access to the community amenities (2 swimming pools and tennis courts) along with access to a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room and dining room and a peaceful outside deck to relax or sip on that morning coffee. You’ll also have access to washer and dryer. Parking is available on street or in driveway. This townhome is located in a desirable area with easy access to most places in Walnut Creek. A few minutes from Safeway, CVS, Panera Bread, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Big Bear Diner, etc. Close proximity (2-5 mins) to John Muir Hospital and Kaier Permanente. About 7 minute drive to Walnut Creek Bart station (and Pleasant Hil Bart station!) and downtown Walnut Creek, Trader Joe’s, Wholefoods, Sprouts, and many delicious restaurants. Heather Farm Park is just a few steps away and you’ll have access to many peaceful and serene trails. This a lovely community located in a highly desirable area of Walnut Creek.

Would prefer middle age working professional or older/retired, quiet and respectful. No smoking or drug use. No overnight guests unless approved by owner. Sorry, no pets due to allergies. Credit check, background check and last 2 months paystubs required.

About the roomies

I’m posting on behalf of my mother, Vicky, who is 68 year old semi-retired woman who is the owner. She is currently away from the home 2-4 nights a week and expect to travel frequently in the coming months. She is a beautiful soul who loves to cook, travel, take walks out in nature, spend time with her friends, kids and grandchildren.
