One occasional overnight guest is fine. Off street parking in driveway is available. Street parking is free. Absolutely no smoking or drug use is permitted. The house is within walking distance of a large shoprite. 1 mile away from the morristown green. 1/2 mile away from a walmart and a new planet fitness. Minutes away from interstate 287 and a train station. The total cost is $1,075 per month this includes verizon 5G internet and utilities. Initial cost is $2,575 which includes a $1,500 deposit.
