SHORT TERM RENTAL available or rent up to a maximum of 60 months. I have Winter snowbirds who come for skiing season, Autumn hikers, and Summer enthusiast who rent for the season. I base this on availability and 1st come 1st serve.

We maintain complete privacy for all our tenants and our goal is to keep a comfortable atmosphere for all who live here.

We have a (2nd floor) furnished private room rental for (1) occupant. If considering a (2) person rental it would require an additional $400 per month lease. There is access to a shared bathroom. The home is located in a residential neighborhood. Cable included.

Most utilities are included in the rent.

Internet must be supplied by tenant. No smokers or drinkers (you can smoke off property).

You can request to have access to a shared kitchen, and we can add it into the lease at no additional cost. However, space is limited in the refrigerator, freezer, and cabinets. Some tenants choose to just do take out or eat out.

We come from a variety of backgrounds and ages from late 30’s on up. Occasionally we will co-mingle and share a meal or an event. There are gardeners, artists, music enthusiast, sports fans, outdoors people, and homebodies.

A fenced backyard, with various kinds of foliage. One above garden bed available for those who like to grow their own veggies. We also have a fire pit for gatherings or roasting marshmallows and hotdogs.

If you are new to the area or new to Cache Valley:

You can always head up the canyon and go hiking or take a trip to Bear Lake during the summer and enjoy our little Caribbean of the Rockies, or head into Salt Lake City and enjoy all there is to do down there. Take in the festivals, garden markets, local plays, outdoor music, sporting events, or just hang out somethings bound to happen sooner or later.

We have views of both east and west mountains and are close in proximity.

In our area (3) policemen, a highway patrol person and one county sheriff living in our neighborhood.
We are close to shopping, banks, theatre, and many religious faiths and churches in the valley. close by there are numerous eateries to choose from as well as, coffee houses, and grocery stores.

If you rely on transit busing for transportation the local Connect Public Transportation at Macey’s is close, or POOLE, on demand and zero-fare. Book on the app or call buses run 6 day a week NOT on Sunday and only till 9pm.

There is (1) parking space provided on the north side of the driveway and all visitors must park on the street. No blocking the driveway without permission.

Unfortunately, per city ordinances we are at maximum capacity when it comes to dogs. No cats as we are allergic. NO PET SITTING ON PROPERTY.

We prefer someone clean, responsible, stable, and chill.
NO DRAMA ZONE.
