Spacious and bright private room in a new 2 story home, the room is located on the second floor next to the shared restroom. The house is new so the insulation and the AC will keep us cold and warm accordingly. The rent includes standard utilities and Internet. Light kitchen use and the use of the onsite washer and dryer are included. This will be a month to month lease but we can discuss options.

I work full time outside of the home in San Jose and am typically home or running errands on my days off. I don’t typically have guests over and am very low key.
