William's room

Very quiet neighborhood, clean private room. Four bedrooms with open concept kitchen and living room. Dining room with crown molding . A gym with weights and a treadmill. Outside patio with a vegetable garden and bbq grill. Kitchen has up to date appliances and more… Washer and Dryer. Security system with doorbell camera. I have a one year old boxer who is very friendly and house trained. We will split the internet bill and Duke Energy

I am a chef who does Catering , former owner of a downtown restaurant. I am easy going and neat. One roommate is a tow truck driving that stays to himself playing video games and is a local guy. The other is a barber that is rarely home but love to cook southern food. Bentley is my dog he is four year old Boxer with a great personality.
