Washer/dryer, bathtub, and a 3-4 car driveway exclusive to this unit. Includes edible front yard garden, backyard fruit trees, backyard bike rack, and a storage shed.

This 5 bed/2 bath unit consists of the upper floor of the house. Another household lives on the lower floor, and a third household lives in the back.

About Us: Knight (they/them, I’m the one posting) is a 28 y/old who works in LGBTQIA+health equity. They enjoy writing, crocheting, volunteering, & making soup. They are biracial. Toro (he/him) is a 35 y/old trans Latine who loves crafting, watching dramas, organizing/participating in community projects, and cooking. Thao (she/her) is a 34 y/old who loves climbing, cooking, & art. She is Asian. Scout (they/them) is a 34 y/old who works in harm reduction. They make art and cherish their cat Boo. They are white. Boo (she/her) is a senior ESA cat. Due to her needs, we cannot welcome any more cats or dogs into the home. Caged/tanked animals are a possibility, pending landlord approval. LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC welcomed & prioritized. We are a substance-light household, as one of our housemates is in recovery. One housemate is an outdoors smoker. We ask that all smoking or vaping happens outside. This property has a shared backyard and front yard.
