Master Bedroom Available Starting Early September Move-In | No Deposit or July Rent Needed for Move-in | Application Fee/Background Check Still Applies from the Apartment Complex
Hey everyone! I’m looking for a new roommate to move into the master bedroom of my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Mission Hills (San Luis Rey floor plan). The room will be unfurnished and cleaned out by move-in, with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and tons of space.
The room is a master bedroom in a 2 bed/2 bath apt. I have no interest in taking it so it is all yours. The master bedroom is VERY spacious with a connected private bathroom and walk-in shower and closet and with a ton of space.Outside of that, see the current rent prices and bills split below:
Rent/Parking - $1,377~ Water/Sewage/Trash - ~$85/month Internet - $45/month Electricity Gas - ~$50-60/month
The area is minutes away from Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside Beach and right off of HWY 76.
I am 23 years old. I’m a gamer, golfer, and I work for a golf company in Carlsbad. I like to go out from time to time to bars and clubs, but will opt for a drink at home if I don’t feel like going out.
I am looking for some relatively close to my age (turning 24 in July). I don’t care whether you’re a guy or a girl, just that you pick up after yourself and help keep common areas clean from time to time.
Most of the time after work you’ll find me playing the game, cooking. Sometimes you won’t find me at all cause I’m on the golf course until 6-7pm sometimes.
From time to time throughout the year I may have 2-3 friends fly-in, either for my birthday or because they’re taking a vacation to visit me so I hope you don’t mind having guest occasionally. If anything I hope my next roommate have more local friends to liven up the place occasionally.
Because of our work schedule, me and my last roommate, normally didn’t see each other until the afternoon evening time, so if you work from home or have days off during the week then the place would be yours for the most part throughout the day.
I don’t mind if we co-exist or build a relationship. I’m just looking for like-minded young professionals looking for a place to stay for the next year or however long you’d like to room together.
