The house is located in the Historic District near Downtown Redlands. I am offering a bedroom on the first floor where there is central air and heat. The room is furnished but can be unfurnished if so desired. Housemates have access to the kitchen and dining areas on the main floor and this room does have it’s own private bathroom.
As the owner, I do live on the property and stay on the second floor.. I am a retired teacher and my lady friend does come up sometimes on the weekends. you would also be sharing the house with three other housemates, one an older single lady and the other room is occupied by a middle aged lady who only stays at the house on the weekends, but they only use downstairs to enter house and they rarely cook in the kitchen and never dine in the dining areas. All the people are super quiet and respectful. They each have their own restroom.
