The house is situated between Moreno Valley and Perris, off Evans Rd near Lake Perris.

We have one furnished room available for rent, looking for one occupant. The bedroom includes a bed, a mattress, and a lamp. The security deposit is $500, and the monthly rent is $750, which includes utilities (water, electricity, and internet). Roommates have access to the fridge, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, and limited access to the stove. The bathroom is shared, but an additional bathroom is available if the primary one is occupied. The total needed to move in is a $500 security deposit and $750 for rent, for a total of $1,250. No pets are permitted, as my fiancé is allergic to fur.

Currently, there are four people living in the house, including my fiancé, myself, and two roommates. We are looking for one more roommate who are quiet, clean, and respectful. We all work and have a structured schedule. Thanks!
