About the room

Hi everyone seeing this post right now! My 2 women roommates are leaving at the end of the lease so I’m looking for two new roommates to take over for a 3 bedroom apartment for $1700 a month, $570 from everyone, WiFi is $13 a month and the Ga Power fluctuates but we’ve been paying about $60-$100 each averagely a month.

It’s a very affordable, convenient location in Vinings Ga, gated community, 5 mins from Cumberland mall, 15 mins from Perimeter mall and 15 mins from Lenox mall. Amenities are very nice and the apartment is already furnished (not the bedrooms), top floor balcony, fully stocked kitchen, electric kettle, air fryer, microwave, stove, oven, blender, toaster, knife set, bowls, plates, silverware, dishwasher, pots and pans, kitchen utensils for cooking and grilling, in unit washer and dryer, extremely convenient, 420 friendly and you will have full access to the shared living space, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, etc.

The apartment is located towards the back of the community, there are two lakes in the complex which is very huge and one of the lakes resides outside our balcony area of the apartment. Our apartment is also located on the 3rd floor of the building, the top floor. I’d prefer 2 more women roommates, if possible, to take over the lease June 26th. About the roomies

Chanel and Nicole are my current roommates, one works as a yoga instructor and the other works in a hospital. Nicole is leaving for Colorado for an opportunity and Chanel is moving back in with her mother.

I am currently satisfied with the lease and will be staying another year, most of the apartment is my belongings so I’d rather stay than to pack up everything at the end of the lease, I’m very kind, friendly, quiet, I clean up after myself and am very OCD, I travel for work a lot so I may be gone for long periods of time from weeks to a month.
