About the room

The rooms are both furnished with walk in closets and clothes storage. One room has a refrigerator in addition to a smart tv. The other room is slightly larger and also has a television although it’s setup for cable. You would share a full bathroom with an adjacent linen closet. There’s also a half bath downstairs. The house is an artist’s residence in a very quiet neighborhood in Fairwood, Washington. It’s four upstairs bedrooms with each area of the house including the kitchen completely furnished with everything including an air fryer, Nurtribullet, juicer and food processor.There’s a washer and dryer with pantry storage next to the kitchen. The front room has been described by my sons who lived here for years as a time capsule. It’s the only room with the focus on music and or conversation. The living room is a larger space which is primarily again for conversation but is also where we watch movies and sports. A bonus is the large backyard area with a patio table and chairs plus a gazebo which is also the designated smoking area for those who smoke. Finally there’s driveway and one garage stall for parking. In addition there’s also another refrigerator and freezer in the garage for separate storage and use. I’m hoping to find one or two energetic people with a good rental history who will love sharing, living and creating in Fairwood, Washington. There’s hiking and biking trails nearby along with Lake Desire which is a few minutes drive away. A car is highly recommended as the bus stops are at least half a mile away. Finally we’re a pet free house.
