About the room
Its a 3500sq ft house with large rooms and large closets. Community with a park area. The rental would include the following utilities electric, water, internet, gas. The house also has a water softener. Cleaning is shared. Price is negotiable if you are offering a skill(ie handyman) or wanting to clean all areas. Ideally there will be no shared walls between roommates. What type of qualities am looking for in a roommate:
Maturity and past experience living with others. High standard of cleanliness. Consideration and respect for others living in the house. No previous criminal history. Not a registered sex offender.
A little bit about me. Am military and I work in the medical field as a nurse. Ive been in for 20 years. I like to maintain a clean house and a friendly environment. I spend my free time working out or hanging out with friends and family. Hobbies are dancing, going to city events, watching sports, hunting, and traveling. I try to cook or grill when time permits. I enjoy helping other soldiers grow and helping them reach their goals. Sometimes i do work night shift. Located within 10 minutes of the South Texas Medical Center, Valero, USAA, UTSA, Fiesta Texas and other major San Antonio shopping and entertainment venues! 25 mins from BAMC and 20 from post.
