Hello! I am taking over a friend’s lease at a lovely apartment this coming August. I am looking for a 12-month co-signer on the lease. This is a great sized space for two people, with bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment. It is one shared bathroom with a tub. I am looking for someone who is clean and considerate. I am open to a dog or cat, but it depends on the situation! (bonus points if you have a dachshund :) I am working on getting photos soon.
