The home features hardwood floors throughout, a spacious shared living room, and a full bathroom on the main floor. The large fenced-in yard is perfect for relaxing or gardening, with seasonal blooms and water views creating a serene atmosphere. Strawberries grow during the spring and summer, you’re welcome to join in cultivating other plants during your stay here.

Located just 1.5 miles from the Commuter Rail, it’s an easy 30-minute trip to South Station. The bus connecting us to the Commuter Rail and red line is only a 9 minute walk away. Enjoy the quiet charm of the neighborhood while staying connected to the city.

Rent Details: The suite is comprised of 3 rooms on the second floor. Rent is 1300 per month which includes utilities.

Your future roommates are a working professional and a very energetic cat. I’m pretty quiet, clean, and friendly. I am a huge art and music lover so outside of quiet hours I’ll be having jam sessions in my room or the basement. The house is smoke free since we both have respiratory issues.
