Hi all! A room is opening up in our Hicksville house for rent. Our shared home has a comfortable and fully furnished living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, finished basement with washer/dryer, a screened-in porch, and a lovely fenced-in backyard with a vegetable garden. There is a full bathroom on each level of the house. We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and a non-smoker. Women preferred. The house is 1.5 miles from the LIRR, <10 minutes to NUMC, 15 minutes to Good Sam, and 20 miles from Flushing and Jamaica Hospitals. It’s a great spot for students.
About the roomies
I am a student at NYITCOM and the other housemate is a grad student at SUNY Westbury. The house is in a safe neighborhood and is easily accessible to transit and shopping. Additionally, we have a Ring doorbell and Simplisafe security system for added peace of mind.
