The property has three cats, so applicants must be comfortable living with cats and respectful of pets in the home.

The house is a good fit for someone who is clean, reliable, cat-friendly, and comfortable in a social/extroverted household. We are open to entertaining guests, and the neighborhood is friendly, safe, musician-friendly, and generally tolerant of music/noise.

This is also a great setup for hybrid or remote work thanks to the reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable shared spaces. The home also has a security/surveillance setup for added peace of mind.

There is an expectation that shared areas, especially the kitchen, are cleaned up after use. This includes dishes, counters, stove area, and any food mess. The ideal roommate should also be willing to help with basic household and property chores as needed, such as taking out trash, keeping shared areas tidy, and contributing to general upkeep around the property.

I’m a friendly, easygoing, and tech-oriented professional living in the home. I work in IT/software support and keep a pretty active schedule, but I also enjoy having a social, comfortable household. I’m into music, technology, fitness, movies, and creative projects, and I’m always down for good conversation while still respecting personal space.
