Hi! I’m a single, professional woman who works from home. I live a quiet, clean lifestyle and take a lot of pride in keeping my home peaceful, tidy, and comfortable. I don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and prefer a calm environment that’s ideal for relaxing or focusing on work.
Right now, I have two fully furnished rooms available for rent in my home in Davie:
$1000/month – King-size bed, private mini fridge, closet, private parking spot, utilities, and WIFI.
$800/month – Queen-size bed, closet, guess parking spot, utilities, WIFI, and shared use of the main fridge.
Until the second room is rented, you’ll have access to your own private bathroom.
This is a great setup for someone who values a quiet, respectful living space. I do have three friendly dogs, so pet lovers are welcome—but no additional pets, please.
