There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and amenities in the area. The landlord requires an application and background check. I will need to interview with you by phone prior to inviting you into the house for a tour. The current lease is through 6/30/2026. There is no security deposit required and the move in requires only half of one month’s rent equalling $875.00. The ideal candidate must be clean and willing to participate in regular cleaning of the apartment as well as pay rent and bills on time. The rent and bill are shared.
