North End apartment!! All 3 rooms are roughly 9x11 ft. I currently have two rooms available. Bedroom A doesn’t have a closet, but there is plenty of room for a clothes rack and armoire, which works well for our roommate. Bedroom A also has two windows and plenty of natural light. Bedroom B has a closet and a fire escape, both are the same size. Rent includes water and heat, so we only pay gas/electric and WiFi monthly. Apartment would be mostly furnished other than your room. We don’t have a dishwasher or laundry in unit, but there are laundromats down the street. The apartment is very close to downtown, Government Center, and the Commons. It’s a 6 minute walk from Haymarket (Orange and Green lines), a 10 minute walk from North Station, and a 12 minute walk from Aquarium (Blue line). Plus Bova’s (24 hour bakery) is right down the street.
