About the room
Two-story house with spacious garage just a short walk to the Milltown State Park Confluence Area for good river walks or setting out on summer floats. Directly on the Route 4 free bus line to downtown or the University. Walking distance to the Kettlehouse Amphitheater. Private room upstairs with good view of the mountains. Two separate bathrooms, but the shower upstairs is shared. Older house with older house problems, but one of the best deals for good candidates in an increasingly expensive city. Good stepping stone or hunker-down spot for achieving goals, nicely removed from but still accessible to the distractions of downtown life. Must love cats. Split internet and power are part of the deal, making monthly total split around $700-$750 depending on the season. No lease, no deposit required. I will gladly provide more pictures or information on request.
About the roomies
Me: a nerdy, sarcastic, and silly-goose punker pushing up to his 40βs, making a living in these mountains making swords and knives. Hobbies include cultivating VHS, book, and vinyl record collections, trail running, biking, cooking, tabletop RPGβs, and video gaming. I run a feral cat Trap/Neuter/Release and kitten fostering and rehoming project, but that happens entirely in the garage. Mostly a homebody, but not opposed to occasional company, especially if it involves movie nights, board games, or D&D-type shenanigans. Personally clean and organized, but not uptight about life mess. Very respectful of space and expectations. Lefty AF but not preachy or militant. Just here to meet rad people and cheerlead your ambitions! Letβs help each other keep our feet down in this beautiful town.
