Please text. Don’t call to start dialogue. 2 rooms available w/shared bath. Downstairs in a “California split.” My bedroom and office are upstairs. Laundry is downstairs. Kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs. Downstairs living room is mostly furnished. It’s mostly unused as well, although I currently have a lot of things that I am going through to sell, donate, trash, etc. Large back yard with a covered deck. Side by side fridge/freezer in the garage (downstairs). Plenty of on street parking. I have a Goldendoodle and a short haired cat. Great front deck with a fountain. Must have really good references and pass background and credit checks.

One of the roommates has indicated he plans on moving out but has not given formal notice. His room is furnished but I can remove the furniture if you want to bring your own.
