Private, unfurnished room with a closet and bright morning light. Fits up to a queen-size bed comfortably. Spaces we will share: bathroom, kitchen, dining, & living rooms, parking, and plenty of yard space.

Roomie preference: ONE female, but will consider other situations on a case-by-case basis.

Female, laid-back personality, works from home, big on communication to avoid disagreements or misunderstandings. Respectful of others’ spaces, things, and the need for quiet time, just as I hope you are of mine.

Enjoys a good laugh, music, books, and food. Not big on watching much TV right now, but the internet is included, so you are free to stream at your leisure. Open to socializing with you as a new roomie, but also 100% fine with only necessary communication.
