A 1 Bedroom FOR RENT!! Available on 6/1/2026. That is the room that is for rent. Furnished! If you don’t want it furnished, that is fine as well. The room comes with almost all of that stuff except for the computer.

Creekside Apartments is a large complex located in Reno. It’s very clean and well kept up and it’s a nice place to call home. It’s very quiet and pretty relaxed here. The room has lamps, garbage can, bookshelf, a bed, desk, chair etc. Power, Internet and renters insurance is included in the price of the rent. The carpet is clean. The room is in good condition. The room is open to anybody of any age. Everything is supplied in the kitchen. and is pretty new within the last two years, including an ice maker.
Also, we have a freezer besides what’s on the fridge so there’s plenty of room to store your frozen food plus you have part of the pantry for dry goods and of course you’ll have space in the fridge and pantry

It’s very accommodating here and quiet.
You will have your own room with a shared bathroom. The big requirement is just that you pick up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom and every now and then take a garbage.

Rent is due the first of each month. There is a one time background check that is required. That money goes to the office and it’s $50. Also, there is plenty of parking space available at any given time. Again, everything in the kitchen is supplied pots, pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., and is available for your use. Also, all of the extra little things for the kitchen are supplied as well at no cost to you such as garbage bags sandwich bags foil everything like that is available for your use as well. All included in the price of the rent.

It’s a three bedroom apartment pretty spacious. There’s two rooms available. The other room is for myself the other by another Roomate once I find another one.
