Single Family House (2,500 SF) has a private backyard, and it is located in a very fine and quiet neighborhood, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: 0.5 mile (10-minute walk) to Harris Teeter Grocery, 0.6 miles (12-min. walk) to Medical Center metro (NIH), 0.7 mile (14-min. walk) to Walter Reed Hospital, 1 mile (20 min. walk) to Bethesda Metro. All utilities, washer/dryer, ultra-fast internet (Wi-Fi) are included in the rent. Security deposit is one month rent and will be returned at the end of stay.
