Both bedrooms have closet space plus attic storage connected to second bedroom. 2nd floor is all yours. Parking in front of house and garage. Kitchen is just down the stairs and garage door in kitchen area. The garage can be used for a car or storage. The driveway leaves room for one car outside.
It’s a private and quiet spot.
