Hi!! it’s about 15 minutes or so from the usf campus, the apt is in lower pac heights. The apartment is 4bd 1bath. The only open room is one of the larger ones. It could fit a full bed, a desk, shelves, and currently my roommate has an arm chair in there as well. my roommates are all moving out at the end of our lease and i’d love to find new people to renew with me ASAP, we’re on track to have new tenant move in early august. I can send more info on the application and details too. We pay all utilities through the landlord except pg&e and wifi. We have an in unit washer/dryer and backyard access through the living room as well. There are 2 gated/fenced parking lots within two blocks.
My name is Akwani and i’m an art student at usf! I have a cat who i’m not sure would like other cats, but usually does well with medium and small dogs. I’m clean in common areas and keep up with my chores, but i’m nowhere near neat freak status. I’m not picky about genders for my roommates, just as long as you’re chill and willing to be friendly!
