About the house: Great private landlord. Two bedroom house located close to phoenixville giant and a short bike or drive to downtown. Finished basement with work bench, 2nd full bathroom, lots of storage, and washer and dryer. Kitchen with dishwasher and huge pantry. Fully fenced in yard. Lots of street parking. A lot of the furniture in the common space belongs to my current roommate and will not be staying.

Landlord pays for trash and water. Tenants pay for electricity (electric heat) and internet, split 50/50. Tenants responsible for mowing the yard, and we would switch off on that.

Your room: large unfurnished room with giant closet! Rent is $1,365/ month. The other room (my current room) is much smaller, but if you’d prefer that at a lower price or would prefer the basement (with private bathroom), we can discuss options and prices!

l am looking for an awesome new roommate! Move in August 15 (may be some wiggle room for an earlier move in). Would need a commitment by mid-June to initiate the lease process. Background check required. Female roommate preferred. In search of someone responsible, respectful, and with good communication skills. Dog friendly dogs welcome with landlord approval and $35/month pet fee.

About me: mid-thirties female who works a full time job out of the house and enjoys hiking, reading, yoga, and cooking. I have a very sweet 70lb shepherd mix dog. I prefer a quiet house, though I like to host friends for game nights or to watch movies. Typically I go to bed early, as I get up early for work, so would like someone who is on a similar schedule or who can be quiet at night (and I will respect your schedule as well!).
