The lease ends at the end of January next year and can be renewed! Im moving because of personal circumstances involving an ex but its a cute open floor plan, that I will clean out entirely before move in!!

Im trying to transfer my lease over to somebody else so this would hopefully be entirely in your name, with a different roommate if you so choose! I already payed the security deposit when I moved in, and you could potentially get it back at the end of the lease agreement (1/29/2026)
