Clean private bedroom with shared bathroom, with a small closet is available for rent in Southwestern District. Utilities (Electricity, Water,Internet, Security, Trash), in-unit laundry and parking. Gym, swimming pool, outdoor grill and library available within the community. Utilities included.
Bedroom is unfurnished, you could furnish it as per your liking. The bedroom has hardwood floors, Kitchen and living room are common areas that are shared with me.
Flexibility is available, I’m sure we can figure things out.
Walking distance to loads of shopping, grocery, restaurants and theatre (0.3 Miles) along with easy access to all of the city. You will LOVE the vibe here!!!
Very close to below popular attractions in uptown and downtown: American Airlines Center, Dallas World Aquarium and much more. Not to mention, only minutes away from Dallas Love Field Airport.
