We’re a friendly family—husband, wife, and three adult children who are recent college graduates (our son is moving out soon)—and we’d love to welcome individuals who value both peace and community.

Daughters (22 & 23) – Recently graduated, independent, and very friendly. They keep to themselves but enjoy cooking and are happy to share a quick chat in the kitchen.

Son (24) – Also recently graduated; enjoys his privacy and is planning to move out soon.

Current Tenant (49) – A close friend of the family, kind and approachable, always happy to help or offer a friendly word.
