Fairly close to Xavier, Right next to downtown Oakley, in a nice suburb with minimal traffic and lots of friendly neighborhood deer.

This is a two bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The bedroom to rent is unfurnished. There is a washer and dryer in a shared basement with the other apartment.

About the roomies

I am a 25 year old musician working part time as a chef. I have an upstairs neighbor, who lives on the second and floor of the house. I need to practice percussion regularly but will be respectful of practicing when you are not home, whenever possible. I enjoy bouldering and rock climbing in my free time.
