Hi there, the rent includes 2 rooms (one bedroom, one office?) on the first floor separated by a full bathroom. Additionally, it includes internet, electric, water/sewer, laundry, and one off street parking space behind the house.

The basement and kitchen are shared spaces. The first floor living room can be yours too. The upstairs has three rooms, so I’ve got plenty of space up there. The basement & main floor are on their own HVAC, so both spaces can be temp controlled.

I am fine doing a month to month lease more so for protection of the property and insurance purposes if anything happens.

No pets at this time.

I am a 36 year old moving into this house alone, so I figured I’d look into getting a roommate. I’m pretty laid back and easy going. I like a mix of staying in and going out. I also don’t have people over too often.
