I have a short term rental room available May 1st - Aug 31st (Could be longer if lease is renewed) in the Arcadia area near 40th St and Indian School. Two rooms available. A larger one for $800 a month and the smaller $700, both all utilities included. (Room pictured is the larger room). It’s a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and things to do near by. Central to the entire Phoenix Valley. There is myself and one other roommate. Driveway parking and laundry.
