Fully furnished private sleeping room for one person with use of guest bath in private home; bath is home’s guest bath (rarely have guests, so pretty much private). Room is furnished with queen sized bed, dresser w/mirror, bedside table, small table & chair and has a large closet. Sheets & towels are provided. Shower has glass sliding doors. Outside City Limits; private residence (Stonebridge area; off Golf Course Road) Commuting/relocating professional preferred; grad student welcome (8 miles from Shepherd University)

Details: -must be clean/practice sound housekeeping -no pets, no drugs/alcohol, no smoking/tobacco -Queen bed, dresser, chair, small table; large closet space (desk available) -linens and towels provided -limited respectful use of common areas -limited use of kitchen area and limited cooking/food prep access -some storage available in fridge & pantry, but not freezer -microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, and counter top convection oven and outdoor grill available for respectful use; stovetop use limited to non-oil/fat cooking activities/owner’s preference -quiet area, outside city limits, upscale neighborhood w/pool; tennis/pickleball courts -beautiful view off deck! and separate patio on ground level, both with seating/table -off street parking most days; on street if needed -central heating and cooling; ceiling fan -internet (wifi) available -washer/dryer access available -available to one person only, no guests or additional persons -be ready to make contact/connect in person and provide such info you would want to have before you invited someone into your home ;)
