I’m looking for a roommate preferably FEMALE to share one of my rooms in my house. The house is located in quiet and safe neighborhood. All the utilities are included in rent. First month and Last month deposit is required to move in.(deposit can be divided into months) $1500 total. Rent is negotiable too.
