About the room

Hello, my name is Doug, and I am an older professional gentleman looking for someone to rent a room in my upscale, personal home in Cleveland Hts. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, respectable, and considerate of my property, possessions, and quiet lifestyle. In return for these qualities, and for a rental price of $900/month, you will enjoy the use of your own fully furnished private bedroom and bathroom, a fully furnished private kitchen in the basement, and use of laundry facilities. A rental application with proof of ID is required, and if accepted, a signed month to month lease and $900 security deposit will be required.
