About the room

My son and I have a large 4 bedroom 3 bath condo fully furnished including the room, that I am leasing to three other guys including my son who is in the OMSCS program at tech (one is in basement apartment) in the Chamblee/Brookhaven area. I do not live there but handle the leasing. It is off of Chamblee Dunwoody Road. It is an older property but the unit is completely updated. It is surrounded by a wildlife preserve. 15 minutes to Perimeter Mall and 15 minutes to Buckhead. Short term stays are okay.

About the roomies

They are all young professionals in their mid twenties who are easy to get along with and laid back. Feel free to reach out and I can send pics of the room and bathroom.
