PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION: Spacious master bedroom. The 3 BD apartment is located in Herndon VA at Ashton at Dulles Corner close to the Westin hotel. You will be renting the master bedroom which has its own bathroom, closet and hot tub. The bathroom has two separate sinks, a large jetted tub and walk-in shower. The room is currently occupied. I will need 24hrs notice if you’d like to tour the premises. Shared living spaces (living room, kitchen, washer, dryer & balcony). If needed, the room will be furnished with a twin size bed (your are welcome to bring your own furniture). Utilities vary month to month but they do not exceed $50/month. Parking is available for an extra fee (paid directly to management). Walking distance to public transportation. We are 10 minutes away from IAD.
