Large fenced yard, gated entrances; plenty of parking (could store a boat, camper or RV), and room to cookout, fellowship or have a garden. The neighborhood is great for riding a bike, walking or jogging. Must be responsible, tidy and follow the Golden Rule. No heavy drinkers or drug users; smoking is permitted outside only. Must have transportation. $700/month includes utilities and internet $400 deposit
